In addition, necessary information may be shared with competent public authorities upon their lawful request.

If service providers are located abroad or personal data is transferred to systems abroad, the transfer is carried out in compliance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Information you send through the contact form may be kept in our email environment for as long as is necessary to evaluate and respond to your request.

When the purpose of retention ends and there is no other legal reason requiring the data to be kept, it is deleted or destroyed.

Beehave Consulting does not create a separate website customer database for contact form information. However, the form, email and hosting service providers may keep technical logs or backups in their own systems.

7. Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may:

find out whether your personal data is being processed,
request information about it if it has been processed,
learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose,
learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred,
request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the law,
